1. Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Sound Spectrum Matcher mobile application and any closely related services operated by WHEEL CANDY SWANSEA LTD. In this policy, WHEEL CANDY SWANSEA LTD is referred to as the Service Provider.
2. Information obtained and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it in the ordinary course. Registration is not required. When an active internet connection is present, limited technical network information such as an ephemeral IP address may be processed in transit to support connectivity, but it is not retained for profiling or tracking.
3. Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
4. Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is disclosed to third parties on that basis.
5. Opt-out rights
Since normal use does not involve personal information collection, removing the Application from your device is generally sufficient to stop using it. If you choose to contact the Service Provider directly or otherwise volunteer personal information, you may request deletion of that information by emailing florence2fawley@gmail.com.
6. Data Retention
Where no personal information is collected during ordinary use, there is no retained personal account dataset associated with the Application. If you voluntarily provide information through direct correspondence, that information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records where required, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Data Deletion
If you have voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct method, you may request deletion by contacting florence2fawley@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review the request and delete information that is no longer needed for legitimate business or legal purposes, subject to any retention obligations that still apply.
8. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age threshold required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since personal information is not collected in ordinary use, the Application does not build a personal profile of child users. If voluntary information is provided by or about a child where consent is required, a parent or guardian must act on the child’s behalf where permitted by law.
9. Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data in ordinary use, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information that may be held through voluntary communication channels.
10. Data breach notification
If a security incident affects information that you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by emailing florence2fawley@gmail.com.
12. Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and that processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal request was received.
